I've always been big on natural hair care first, protecting what's already yours before adding anything on top of it. Braids, twists, a sew-in, whatever you're wearing when you sit in my chair, the goal underneath it all is the same: healthy hair.
But this has never really just been about hair. It's about loving who you are exactly as you are, while still staying open to new growth and new heights. It's about women supporting women, because the strongest communities I know were built by women showing up for each other, sharing traditions and cultures, and making room for the next person coming up behind them.
I try to move through this work with love and hope, and that's exactly what I want you to feel every time you sit in this chair.
