Studio Policies
These policies protect your appointment time and everyone else’s. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment time is not guaranteed until the retainer has been received. The retainer will be applied toward your final service total.
Late Arrival Policy
10 minutes late: courtesy reminder sent. 15+ minutes late: appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on remaining availability. 30+ minutes late: appointment will be canceled and the retainer forfeited. This ensures every client receives the full quality of service they deserve.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior communication will forfeit their booking retainer. Future appointments may require full prepayment or may be declined at Reigning Diamonds' discretion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the booking retainer.
Guest & Children Policy
To give every client full attention, appointments are for the person being serviced only. No additional guests please, and children are welcome when they're the one receiving a service, not as a companion during someone else's appointment. Thank you for helping keep the space calm and focused for everyone in the chair.
Photography & Portfolio Consent
Clients are asked at booking whether they consent to Reigning Diamonds photographing or recording their completed hairstyle for use on social media, the website and promotional materials. Declining is always an option and will be respected.
Service Disclaimer
Every service is customized based on hair density, hair length, desired style and overall hair condition. Final pricing and appointment duration may vary depending on these factors and will be confirmed with you directly.
Health & Safety Policy
Please disclose any known scalp sensitivities, allergies or recent chemical treatments prior to your appointment. Reigning Diamonds is not liable for reactions to undisclosed conditions or products brought in by the client.
