Yes, children's styles are welcome and a parent or guardian must remain on site for the full appointment. Children who aren't being serviced aren't able to come along to someone else's appointment, so every client gets full attention.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may need to be rescheduled depending on the time remaining in the day, so every client still receives the full quality of service they booked.

Appointments are for the person being serviced only, so please don't bring additional guests. This keeps the space calm and lets every client get full, undivided attention.

Light snacks and drinks are okay. Please avoid meals that could stain hair, clothing or the workspace.

Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your booking retainer.

Yes, a non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your appointment time. It is applied toward your final service total.
